Is there a free trial?
Free tier gives you the full Library, the Tour, and one Standards Alignment Review at no charge. To generate your own scenarios you'll need a paid plan.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
No. Sentinel uses a deliberate no-auto-renewal model — you re-purchase each month or year manually. We email you 7 days before access expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (via Stripe). For invoicing, POs, or bank transfer, contact us about an Enterprise plan.
Why are prices in USD?
Sentinel sells to crisis-management teams and consulting firms across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, North America and Asia, so we list a single USD rate to keep our pricing comparable wherever you're reading from. Your card issuer applies the prevailing exchange rate at the moment of purchase — Sentinel does not add a currency-conversion fee on top. For AU-based buyers a 10% GST is applied at checkout where required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Because we don't auto-renew, you simply don't re-purchase. Your existing access continues until the period you've already paid for ends.
Is my Crisis Manual content safe?
Manuals are encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128 in CBC mode + HMAC). Each user's content is isolated by user_id. You can also opt to purge the manual from storage immediately after generation.
What if I hit my exercise cap?
You'll see a clear notice on the Dashboard with a one-click link to upgrade. Solo (1/30d) → Pro (5/30d, up to 5 sites) → Consultant (12/30d, up to 15 clients) → Enterprise (unlimited). The cap protects you from accidentally racking up token-cost bills, and gives you a natural prompt to upgrade only when you actually need more capacity.
What happens to my data if I let my subscription lapse?
Your exercises, reviews and manual drafts stay safe in the Sentinel Vault — read-only and free of charge — for at least 3 years from your last paid month. You can sign in any time to view, download PDFs/DOCX, or export your action register. To create new exercises, just renew your plan.
